Undergraduate Research Week 2024 - Effective Mentoring

Every summer, hundreds of Caltech faculty members, postdocs, and graduate students serve as mentors and co-mentors for SURF students on campus. Join Dr. Candace Rypisi, Assistant Vice Provost and Director of the Student-Faculty Programs Office, as she presents a virtual workshop on how to be a successful mentor for undergraduate researchers.
